Note that these are first and foremost expressions meant to reflect your character's personality, not telegram stickers (although they can be used as such). Please don't ask for meme expressions!

Payment will be accepted via PayPal and MercadoPago, USD or ARS only. Any other currency, including cryptocurrency, will not be accepted.

Payment can be either fully upfront, or half upfront and half after the sketch is delivered and approved.

If cancelling your commission, either a partial or a full refound can be given depending on the status of the piece.

Refund is only accepted during the sketch phase. If your commission is already on lineart process, it won't be possible anymore.

I reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel your commission for any reason.

Canceled commissions will be either partially or fully refunded depending on the state of the commission.

Haggling on prices or attempting to find a loophole in this list will result on immediate black-list.

Please be sure to bring references of the character you want drawn when commissioning me.

SFW references are preferred.

Since I'm not native with the English language, visual references such as sketches of what you want, photos for accessories, clothing, etc, are heavily appreciated.

Major changes are only possible during the sketch phase, after lineart/coloring is finished, only base-color changes will be allowed.

Mistakes made by myself can be fixed at any moment of the process.

My aim is to work together with you to create a piece you're happy and satisfied with. However, please note that I'm unable to keep making edits back and forth forever. If I consider that the amount of changes requested exceed a reasonable amount and the project is not going forward I will require an aditional fee to continue making said changes. I won't charge any additional fee without previous notice.

If before the commission is confirmed and payed I don't hear back from you within a week, you will lose your slot.

Repetition of the previous action will result in black-list.

You are not allowed to sell your commission as merchandise, trace it, mint it as NFT or use it for AI training of any kind.

You cannot edit out my signature or watermark from the original image.

You cannot claim the commission as your own creation.

You are allowed to request WIPs of your commission at any point of the creation process.

You have the right to print your commission for personal use only.

You're free to use the commission however you like, as long as you credit me. Linked credit is greatly appreciated but not required.

Posting your commission on your social media after I do so is greatly appreciated but not required.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing that I may use your commission for self-promotion purposes.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing with my T.o.S.

Includes the ToS previously listed.

The character purchased can be gifted, traded or re-sold for it's original price if no extra art is included.

Any extra art (Self-made included) can and should add value to the character.

You cannot claim the character as your own creation.

Premade designs that I post on social media are often created using a self-made base, meaning that other designs including the same species might have similar artwork, which allows me to keep creating designs while also mantaining them affordable. Please be sure that you are okay with this before purchasing!
